[MNL] Database Maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our database in the Manila cloud location. The actual works are planned to take no longer than 30 minutes in total.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, the API was not able to process requests, and also the WebApp was unreachable for a while.

CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform a scheduled maintenance of our database in the Manila cloud location. The actual works are planned to take no longer than 30 minutes in total.

IMPACT:
There will be no impact on already existing/running customer’s virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During the maintenance, we will perform a software upgrade of the database and it will lose connection to the API for about 5 minutes.
